Complain Using feedback form is Fucking unless This is what I send:
1st problem: suppose on 11th 4-6, call and ask to change
time slot 11-1.
2nd problem: date that supposes installer to come didn’t turn up, called and ask they say it was on 24th.
3rd problem: installer came don’t know which modem to install 4th problem: sale department supervisor suppose to call back and didn’t i think there is a very big problem to it, and i demand a full explanation to it my contact number: 96866043 kuah huo qiang ( if not i wil personally go to helo shop for a full explanation )
Guess what they send me back about the complain letter :
